This privacy policy tells you about the types of information that is collected from you and how the information is collected and used.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU

When you use Hoffkids.com, personal information may be collected from you. Personal information means information that could identify you directly or indirectly.

Hoffkids.com uses contact forms where free form entry is permitted. All information is sent directly to Owner and is not shared with anyone. Owner may collect personal information from you when you interact with Hoffkids.com by filling out a form.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Hoffkids.com may collect anonymized information from your computer or device such as browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, time spent on a particular page, IP address, and other analytics to help Hoffkids.com run most efficiently.  An IP address is a number that is assigned automatically to your computer whenever you use the World Wide Web. Web servers, the big computers that “serve up” Web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. IP addresses are not connected to personal visitor names, and Owner does not know visitor names directly from an IP address. IP addresses of the visitor are available to Owner when contact forms are filled out.

Hoffkids.com may also use similar technology to track your usage of the Website, track response rates to certain activities, and identify certain information on how and when a visitor accessed Hoffkids.com such as type of browser, operating system, domain names, and IP addresses. Hoffkids uses Clicky Web Analytics to log and analyze the traffic to the web site. This cookie allows Owner to monitor use of Hoffkids. It will stay on your computer indefinitely, unless you delete it. You may review Clicky’s privacy policy HERE.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

Hoffkids.com may use your visiting information to improve the website content that are provided to meet your needs and interests.  There is no advertising on Hoffkids.com and no private information will ever be transferred to any 3rd party.

When visitors request pages from Hoffkids.com sites, our servers log users’ IP addresses. Your IP addresses will be used to identify a user in the following situations: (a) in response to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, to the extent permitted and as restricted by law; (b) when disclosure is required to maintain the security and integrity of this site, or to protect any user’s security or the security of other persons, consistent with applicable laws.

The anonymized information tracked with cookies is not used to identify, or lead back to, any particular visitor. Visitors to Hoffkids.com may have the option of disabling cookies via their browser preferences (most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies). Cookies make Hoffkids.com easier for you to use because they save your preferences while you are visiting the site (although it does not save passwords in cookies). Cookies also help Owner to know which areas are your favorites, which areas need improvement, and what technologies and Internet services the visitors are using. Knowing this information helps Owner continually improve the online experience for the visitors and of Hoffkids.com.
